Sharir Rachana is the Ayurvedic study of human anatomy and physiology. It focuses on the structure and function of the body, including the bones, muscles, tissues, and organs. Sharir Kriya SHARIR KRIYA

Sharir Kriya is the Ayurvedic study of the body's physiological processes and functions. Sharir Kriya emphasizes the dynamic balance of the body's doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha), dhatus (tissues), and malas (wastes).
